Helen is an experienced chartered physiotherapist who runs Wareham Physiotherapy at Studio1, Hartland Stud, Soldiers Road, Wareham, BH20 5DU. She studied at the Middlesex School of Physiotherapy in London, graduating in 1989. She has since worked in the NHS & private practice in Essex, and since 2006, in Dorset, specialising in the management of chronic pain conditions and more recently, activation therapy and the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders using a variety of manual therapy techniques.
At the clinic we offer a wide range of treatments such as manual therapy for joint and soft tissue disorders, acupuncture, ultrasound, tailored exercise regimes, posture advice, taping, relaxation & breathing techniques.
We pride ourselves on looking at every patient holistically, taking time to assess their needs & devising a bespoke treatment regime to help quickly resolve the issue.
